The geezers club try to raise much needed funds for a new cause every year. Last year it was for The Alzheimers Society, this year it’s Headway East London: https://headwayeastlondon.org/
Headway East London offers practical & emotional support for local brain injury survivors & their families. The geezers have very strong links to Headway. We have geezers who have ABI’s and we also have members who are volunteers.
We aim to complete a long walk from Little Venice to Limehouse. The walk is nearly ten miles long be it covers the full length of Regent’s Canal, so wish us luck. We have a just giving page set up for donations and Headway and the geezers would welcome anyone who wants to join us.
