I am an ex-international boxer, now a personal trainer and Co-Founder of The Spicer Method; a programme of physical fitness and positive psychology.
I believe that by taking up boxing training, you are making a significant contribution to your physical and mental health, and social wellbeing too. I apply my boxing knowledge and experience through nearly a decade of training as an elite athlete and adapt it to my everyday training sessions.
