Tower Hamlets Fireworks at Victoria Park 2019

Sunday 3 November, 2019 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Tower Hamlets Fireworks night

Spectacular fireworks will again illuminate the skies above Tower Hamlets in November 2019 at Victoria Park. This year’s theme will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing.

Kicking off at 7pm, visitors can look forward to dazzling visuals and a festival atmosphere. There will also be food and refreshments available for purchase to keep you warm during the whole show.

Visitors can expect an astronomical explosion of space-inspired fun, with music tracks, soundscapes, spoken word storytelling and special effects created by Walk the Plank – a leading pyrotechnical and outdoor theatre company.

The event is organised by the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and is one of the few remaining free fireworks events in London. Yay!

Food and refreshments will be available to buy from 5.30pm. The event is located on the eastern side of Victoria Park, off Grove Road.

Driving to the event is not recommended due to road closures and limited parking, but limited Blue Badge parking will be available on a first come first served basis. For access enquiries, you can email festivalsandevents@towerhamlets.gov.uk.

The nearest underground stations are Mile End and Bethnal Green, and some bus routes that use Grove Road and Roman Road will be suspended due to road closures.

Tower Hamlets council would like to warn attendants that strobe and flashing lights will be used as part of the display.
