Ballet for wellbeing encourages you to build core strength and flexibility, and is great for posture, flexibility, coordination, and balance. The sessions are designed for adults who are interested in dancing for exercise, and is perfect for both beginners and those who have done some ballet before. There is no upper age limit – everyone can enjoy ballet movement to support their physical health and general mood.
