Chase the Moon 5k and 10k at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park

RunThrough is holding Chase the Moon 5k and 10k park runs at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park at 7 pm on 31 October and 11 December and attendees are encouraged to wear glow-in-the-dark to ‘light up’ the park.

Plenty of signs will be provided to guide participants through the park in the dark, and each kilometre will be marked along the route. 

The event includes a themed medal for every participant, chip-timed results, free official event photographs, and post-race refreshments and awards. 

The scenic route winds through the expansive green spaces and iconic structures of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, the iconic venue of the 2012 Olympics. 

The Olympic Park will also welcome Sadler’s Wells East, in February 2025 as part of the new cultural and educational quarter in East London. 

The entry fee for the race is £26 for both the 5k and 10k options. The Chase the Moon Run will be held on October 31 and December 11 at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, 1a Honour Lea Ave, London E20 1DY.
