Want to try getting upside-down? This is the workshop for you!
Whether you are brand new to inversions, or already on your way and want to get a bit more practice in, there’ll be plenty to learn here.
This workshop will guide you through the fundamentals of practising headstands safely and effectively. You’ll learn correct alignment, breath, and tips for overcoming the fear of going upside down.

Everyone is welcome. You don’t need loads of experience, but it would be helpful if you can already do a downward-facing dog and a dolphin pose. If you’re not sure what those are, just ask us! Either pop in to chat, or give us a ring.
