Who is it for?
Mums (& babies) from 4 weeks postpartum (or after you’ve been signed off to start exercise again – this can take a bit longer following a cesarian).
This will be an excellent first step back into exercise – but there will also be options to intensify for those who have been back to classes for a while already.
