World Mental Health Day is recognised each year on October 10th, the theme for 2022 is Mental Health in an Unequal World.
Our Mental Health is as important as our physical health, and it can be a difficult subject to talk about for many people. As we have moved through the pandemic, a light have been shone on the reality that not everyone has the same access to Mental Health treatment and support.
Together we will engage in a visioning exercise that will enable you to create a snapshot of you today. Our hope is that you will have a touchstone that you can return to at any point to keep you Simply Being Happy!
All materials will be provided and places are limited to 6 people.

You will engage in a visioning exercise and complete some reflective writing.
