For children aged 2-4 years (they are welcome if they are a couple of months older or younger than this too).
It’s never too early to start yoga. These accessible classes provide the perfect introduction for your little warriors, combining yoga, story, sound and movement. A safe space to encourage connection, creativity and self-expression rooted in play, with an aim to encourage physical, emotional and cognitive development. Expect a relaxed and fun atmosphere, and an opportunity for a move and stretch out for the adults in the room too.
