Job description
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of our team, helping customers find the perfect blinds and curtains for their homes. You’ll provide excellent customer service, assist with sales, and support the team with day-to-day showroom tasks. No experience is required, but a passion for interiors and a willingness to learn would be a great advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting customers in the showroom, offering advice on blinds, curtains, and fabrics.
2. Processing customer orders and handling basic sales transactions.
3. Booking in home visits for our consultants.
4. Supporting the team with general showroom duties, including maintaining displays and keeping the space tidy.
5. Learning about our products and services to confidently assist customers.
6. Helping with stock management and liaising with suppliers when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
1. A friendly and approachable personality with excellent customer service skills.
2. A keen eye for design and an interest in interiors (preferred but not essential).
3. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
4. Willingness to learn about our products and develop sales skills.
5. Ability to work Saturdays as part of a full-time role.
