Job description
We are currently looking for a new member of the team who will be trained up on all of our dishes and for those days be in charge of a small pub kitchen. You will have a KP / waiter at your service. The menu is fairly simple but some experience of Mexican cuisine would be very beneficial. There will be ongoing opportunities to become part of the business and work with the owner to develop new menu items or other aspects of the Dead Pedro’s brand.
About Organisation
At less than a year old we are a small business with our first bricks and mortar residency in The Bow Bells pub, as the menu has expanded we now need to expand the team.
