Job description
We’re looking for someone warm, welcoming, and passionate about hospitality to join our team at Flat Earth. You’ll help create a vibrant, friendly space where guests feel truly looked after—whether they’re popping in for a coffee or settling in for dinner.
What You’ll Be Doing:
-Greeting guests like old friends—and making them want to come back.
-Offering full table service with confidence and care.
-Keeping the space tidy, calm, and ready for the next rush.
-Serving beautiful drinks, making excellent coffee, and helping with bar and dessert duties.
-Supporting daily operations—from opening setup to smooth shift handovers.
About You:
-Confident, friendly, and genuinely great with people.
-Detail-oriented and efficient, even during a busy service.
-Comfortable talking about our seasonal menu and sustainability ethos.
-Experienced in hospitality, ideally with table service and bar knowledge.
-Keen to learn more about wine, coffee, or anything else we do.

Renumeration:
-£12.50 per hour
-Plus service charge shared fairly amongst the team (approx £4.50-5.20 extra per hour)
-Non-contributory pension scheme

About Organisation
Taking on an important role at Flat Earth who are known for their creative meat-free pizzas that are kind to the planet. Featured as the 3rd most sustainable restaurant in London by Time Out, this is the chance to work within a small, independent business that likes to do things differently.
More than ‘just pizza’, you’ll be shaking cocktails, serving a menu bursting with unique brunch dishes, exceptional wine and Climpson & Sons coffee.
We're a nice friendly bunch with many of our team having been with us for several years. We are looking for someone to pick up between 2-5 shifts each week over summer (I can be more specific). This is to cover holidays and help with our increased trade due to outside seating. We can discuss what happens past summer as we are always looking to keep excellent people within our team.
Looking for high energy people with experience of table service.
