Job description
We are looking to appoint a new member to join our Night Owls team on a fixed term contract from 6th February 2023 – 21 July 2023.
Grade: Scale 3, point 5 – 6 (pro rata)
Part-time: 3.30pm – 5.30pm (8 hours per week – 4 days) Term Time Only
You need to:
– Be positive and enthusiastic, able to work flexibly as a part of a team
– Enjoy working and leading play with children from the ages of 3-11
– Enjoy working with children and be able to support and supervise them in a calm, caring and positive manner
– Be able to establish firm and consistent boundaries in relation to children’s behaviour
– Be able to cope with the physical demands of the post
Desirable qualifications/experience
– NVQ3
– Paediatric First Aid trained
– Experience of working with children in a school or childcare setting
