For 14 years, I’ve been coaching people while walking in beautiful Victoria Park tapping into the beneficial impact nature has on our physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing. I also offer mindfulness programmes for the workplace to foster healthy and resilient companies and organisations. I’m an accredited life and leadership coach, an accredited mindfulness teacher and supervisor.
I’ve always noticed how different I feel when I spend time in nature: grounded, creative and content. Being outdoors helps me to see a little further into my life and gives me a clearer sense of perspective. When I started coaching I wanted to focus on helping my clients to experience these benefits too.
