Event description
Music is one of the most powerful ways to feel alive for many people. It can, in itself, be a powerful, mindful experience. But like many things in our hectic lives, it’s often pushed into the background or used as a distraction to zone out from the reality of life. An example of this is at concerts where fans experience their favourite artist through the camera lens of their smartphone rather than being fully in the moment.
Mindful Music is an uplifting and unique event that explores using live music as a way to tune in to each moment, to really ‘be with’ our experience, and to investigate what difference this brings. A one of a kind evening that combines guided mindfulness meditation with live music.
Prepare to experience music like you never have before.
Doors open at 7pm with the performance starting at 7.30pm
Adam Protz will be hosting the evening and performing their own music. Giorgia Moras will be guiding this unique meditation.
