All our walks have a friendly and supportive atmosphere, with lots of encouragement along the way, first aid and stewards to keep everyone moving. Each walker will receive a medal on completion.
Afasic have organised WALKING FOR DLD a sponsored walk on the 22nd October 2023, to Promote International DLD Day.
The walk has two options either a 5km or 10km route around the Wanstead Flats Park in East London E11. Starting and Finishing at the Rookwood Village Public House on Cann Hall Road, Leytonstone. E11 3NW.
