Event description
Slow down, relax and reset, with a special autumnal offering combining slow flow, restorative yoga, meditation and sound-healing.
During the two hours, you’ll have the chance to fully relax and reset.
Lindsay will lead you through a slow flow yoga practice (a gentle flowing yoga style, helping you to settle into your body and breath).
Bara will then guide you through restorative yoga postures – comfortable, restful poses that encourage stillness for up to ten minutes in each. You’ll be completely supported by props so that your body can soften, open and relax.
During the restorative part, both Lindsay and Bara will also play sound healing instruments over and on your body so you can really benefit from the soothing vibrations of the instruments.
Then they will guide you through a short meditation to help calm the nervous system, before the final sound bath begins. You’ll be immersed in the hypnotic sounds of the gong, buffalo drum, singing bowls, and ethereal chimes. The vibrations and harmonies of these instruments work on a cellular level to reduce stress, enhance focus, and improve sleep.
This promises to be an incredible afternoon. Combining gentle movement, mindful stillness, and therapeutic sound, the session will guide you into a state of calmness and clarity, in preparation for a more introspective autumn season.
