This month’s Wine Supper Club will focus on wines by Yalumba, Australia’s most historic family-owned winery, paired with Italian dishes.
Australia has had a love affair with Italian food ever since the post-war mass migration, which saw thousands of Italians take up residence on the Australian shores, bringing with them treasured culinary traditions while pairing the dishes with Yalumba’s low-intervention, sustainable wines.
We are delighted to have a special guest presenting the wines: Jonathan Stevens, UK General Manager of Yalumba and local Bow resident. His intimate knowledge of Australian wine will make this a very interesting evening.
