The Banglatown walk and talk is for anybody interested in Bengali heritage and later presence in the East End of London. It is an eye-opening opportunity to learn about the Bengali community’s history, from migration to settlement throughout the twentieth century. The walk and talk will look more closely at the legacy of the British Empire and migration from the colonies.
A special guest will also be joining the walk and talk to add a new dimension to the experience.
