Developmental baby massage combines holds, moves, stretches and swings with massage. Helping calm babies nervous system, ease wind and reflux, and will promote good posture and encourage deeper sleep. You will learn how to recognise your from your babies body language what is wrong and how you can best help. Great if you have an unsettled baby or you want to have fun bonding time with your baby. The hour long classes will run as a 4 week course, and include a tension release shoulder massage for adults to finish.

Suzie has has worked with hundreds of parents and babies in particular helping young babies with difficulties like wind, colic, reflux, club foot, also massage for premature babies and babies with heart conditions.she specialises in helping families with unsettled babies in and around East London. And she also teaches baby massage with Baby Em – Newborn care & childcare courses for professionals.
