Event description
Emerging artist Jack Hines set for himself a ponderous and ambitious mission: to immortalise every building in London. The scope is huge, the project not only covers the iconic centre of London, but embraces the entire Greater London area; spanning all 32 boroughs, plus the City of London.
To draw the entirety of London, it will demand an entire lifetime of devoted work to achieve the ambition of 100% completion. It will not only capture the rich heritage of London and its immense diversity, but also celebrate the ever changing architectural landscape of the city that will be profoundly different as we push further into the 21st Century.
Workshop 353 is proud to host an exhibition of originals and prints from Jack’s artistic project, currently at a progress of 0.040111% after its first year.
The exhibition will take place on Friday 6 October at 6 pm at Workshop 353 Roman Road, Bow, London E3 5QR.
