Event description
Fitness Fusion with Jax brings together all aspects of movement conditioning: mobility, strength and flexibility. This class will include both high and low-intensity exercises, coupled with flow movements such as rotations, twists and crawls. We’ll find your current range of motion and expand on this each week so you’ll feel like you’re progressing in fitness and strength. And of course, this class wouldn’t be Fitness Fusion without the good tunes! Suitable for all levels and anyone who wants to have fun moving.
Jax is a qualified Yoga Teacher with continued education of a 100 hour Yin certification. Her classes will help you self-assess your body, and will include all aspects of mobility, strength and conditioning. Her vivacious personality will make you forget about the work and enjoy the play!
