His approach is functional, practical, and fun – drawing on traditions from yoga, martial arts, strength and conditioning.
Whether you are a runner, a cyclist, a desk sitter or a regular yogi, you’ll find tools in this session to improve your leg flexibility and strength – and to understand your body better too. Open to everyone, no previous experience needed.
