Gong bath at St Paul Old Ford church

Re-charge, re-connect and re-set to the sound of gongs and singing bowls.

This evening focuses on the theme of connection. You’re invited to gather (safely!) at the beautiful St Paul Old Ford Church’s main worship space to let the sounds wash over you, played by founder David Tran and guest practitioners Pablo Hernandez Urzola and Nikita Suyetin.

Space is strictly limited to maintain physical distancing in this large venue with amazing acoustics.

The church floors will be heated, but please dress warmly. Due to COVID measures, please bring your own yoga mat and blanket to stay warm, and anything you need to be cosy & comfortable (e.g. bolster / cushions, eye masks / eye pillows). There will be a limited number of yoga mats to borrow if you don’t have one.
