Event description
The Bow Bungalow presents an in-person soundbath at the 19th-century St Paul Old Ford church in Bow, London, featuring special guests. Join us for an unforgettable evening, bathing in melodic and powerful sounds.
This evening focuses on the theme of JOURNEY, led by Natalie Morrison, an eco-activist with a twist and founder of As We Live and Breathe, a boutique virtual wellness platform for people and planet. Natalie is a renowned teacher of meditation, yoga and regenerative culture as a way to restore harmony and balance in our inner and outer worlds. In November 2020, she left London to begin her journey living a Luton Transit van travelling throughout the UK.
We welcome her to our beloved neighbourhood in June for an evening of meditation, a bit of storytelling and a lot of gonging, supported by gongsters Carlo Volpi and David Tran, founder of The Bow Bungalow.
Space is strictly limited to maintain physical distancing in this large venue with amazing acoustics!
The church floors will be heated, but please dress warmly. Due to COVID measures, please bring your own yoga mat and blanket to stay warm, and anything you need to be cosy & comfortable (e.g. bolster / cushions). Eye masks / eye pillows are highly recommended as the space is still fairly bright before dusk! There will be a limited number of yoga mats to borrow if you don’t have one.
