Join Sophia in this gentle self-inquiry through visualisation meditation, journaling, and movement.
The session will begin with a meditation using imagery and visualisation as a route into our inner landscape. By creating space for our nervous systems to settle and anchoring through the breath, we’ll slowly awaken and drop into our sensory bodies, and connect to our elemental nature. You will be invited to check in and welcome whatever is alive in your bodymind. We’ll then use this inquiry to journal, breathe and move together through the practice.
The movement practice will weave slow flow yoga, Qi Gong forms and somatic practices that encourage you to move with your rhythm and be guided by your felt sense.
There will be space to check in, and reflect on your experience, or to finish the practice in stillness.
