Event description
Lindsay’s classes combine traditional Hatha principles with empowering breath-led flow, at a pace that allows for personal refinement of and connection to each asana (posture). Expect a balanced and mindful practice incorporating fluid movement, strong asana and longer held stretches. We begin and end each class with a short meditation or breath-work to still the mind and trigger the body’s relaxation response.
The classes will take place each Wednesday in January.
