Mirko Sangrigoli Live at Jungle Electric

Mirko discovered his passion for music at an early age. “I remember always mucking about with any instrument I could get my hands on. The first thing I ever played was my father’s drums. It quickly developed from there, and the next thing you know, I was writing songs about everything I could think of on a toy keyboard. Growing up, I didn’t have fancy equipment, so I learned to get creative with what was available.”

A chance collaboration with a filmmaker friend would see him pursue a career in soundtrack composing. His love for live performances kept him busy with his jazz trio band, Take Three. After several years of performing in Italy, Mirko moved to London to concentrate on soundtrack composing. “Recently, I’ve decided to bring my focus back to writing songs again. The last few years have been a real rollercoaster, and I think it’s the right time to release an album I have recently been working on.”
