Move and Sketch is at Aberfeldy Community Centre from 12 April till 31 May 2023, running every Wednesday from 12 pm to 2 pm.

After 6 months in Bow, our free-to-access fitness programme for females in Tower Hamlets is now available weekly in Aberfeldy, Poplar.

This programme is open to women aged 18 from Tower Hamlets and neighbouring boroughs. The sessions are tailored to improve fitness and activity levels through weekly in-person group exercise class, led by qualified fitness instructor Laura Williams.
