These mum and baby yoga sessions will help you regain strength, release tension and find space to relax. You’ll gently tone the abdominal muscles, allowing them to knit back together, and strengthen the pelvic floor: a ‘closing of the body’ after pregnancy and labour. With an emphasis on the breath throughout, the class helps to develop a sense of wellbeing and mindfulness too.
Classes are informal, fun and relaxed – you are free to feed, change, or soothe babies whenever you want. For children of crawling age.
