On Thursday 15 June National Theatre Live: Fleabag is being re-released in select cinemas, including Curzon Aldgate.
Written and performed by Phoebe Waller-Bridge (Fleabag, Killing Eve) and directed by Vicky Jones, Fleabag is a canny and enjoyably filthy exploration of female interiority. This 65-minute monologue touches on family, feminism, loss and the complexity of love for women in the modern age.
Initially performed at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2013, the play won numerous awards and inspired the Emmy and BAFTA-nominated BBC TV series Fleabag.
This performance was filmed live on stage in London’s West End in 2019.
