Feeling stressed out? Why not try adding meditation sessions into your daily routine?
The London Buddhist Centre are joining the trend of moving their classes online.
They are offering weekly meditation and yoga classes, as well as discussions on Buddhism and even the chance to ‘ask a buddhist’ your questions. Make sure you email your queries to AskABuddhist@lbc.org.uk by 4pm on Thursday to take part.
The classes will be live-streamed on their YouTube channel and are all donation based.
Their weekly timetable is as follows:
7pm-8pm Dharma night
7pm-8pm Meditation class
12pm-12.30pm Yoga class
1pm-1.15pm Ask a Buddhist
