Open Day at The London Buddhist Centre

Come to the London Buddhist Centre for an Open Day of free activities. Visit them and enjoy a day of lively free activities; it’s a chance to try meditation, yoga, hear short talks about the Buddhist vision and participate in ritual.

There’ll also be tea and cake, live music and you’ll have a chance to meet the people who run the centre.

At the heart of its community is the Triratna Buddhist Order, which is neither monastic nor lay, just simply Buddhist – its aim is to practice the Buddha’s teachings, and inspire others to do the same, in the conditions of the modern world to radically transform lives for the better and be the basis for a new society based on values like friendliness, generosity and diversity.

This is open day is for everyone.
