Pilates is a low-impact method of exercise designed to strengthen and lengthen the whole body from head to toe. A holistic approach to wellbeing, with strong focus on connecting the body and mind and moving to feel good. Rose’s Pilates classes will leave you feeling strong and centred, with a sense of balance and clarity to carry through all aspects of life. These classes are mixed ability and modifications can be given if needed, although not suitable for pregnant women.
