This November, Symposium’s monthly wine supper club will be with wines and cuisine from Piedmont, the soul of Italy’s wine industry, and the area where the Slow Food Movement was born in 2006. In no uncertain terms, Piedmont is the region where wine and food go hand in hand.
Symposium is delighted to have a special guest presenting the wines: Stefan Neumann Master Sommelier. His wine knowledge and his ability to entertain will make this a very pleasurable evening. Along with the food prepared by our chef Antonella, this is undoubtedly an unmissable event.
