Join us on Sunday 24 April for an evening session of reflective listening featuring a diverse selection of acoustic & electronic blends. This is an evening about exploring music as a root of knowledge, with hosts navigating through cultural flows, which tell complex stories.

Grow is on the canal in Hackney Wick, a 2 minute walk from Hackney Wick Overground station, and a 15 minute walk from the Central Line Underground station at Stratford. Buses
The last trains depart around midnight, except on Fridays and Saturdays which have a Night Tube service all night.

Our Spice Trail Menu is predominantly plant based, with some ethically sourced meat options, as part of our conscious drive towards sustainability.
