Swans Live at Troxy

NYC-born band Swans are returning to the stage in London, playing at Troxy on Thursday 24 August.

Since their inception in 1982, Swans have pushed boundaries across 15 genre-hopping albums. Swans are a true example of what it is to be an experimental rock band, moving between high-volume, thunderous proto-industrial rock, dalliances with acoustic ‘meditations’ and forays into neofolk. After a 13-year hiatus, the band resumed touring and recording in 2010 and have since received critical acclaim, landing themselves at both #36 on Billboard’s Top 200 Sales Chart and #5 on their Independent Sales Chart.

Showing no signs of slowing down, Swan’s 16th studio album, The Beggar, is out on 23 June.
