Sweat & Reset’s Adult Boxing classes are on at Poplar Union!

Starting on 4 April 2023 and ending on 27 June 2023, sessions run from 6.30pm till 7.30pm.

Tuesdays 6:30 – 7:30pm / First Class just £6

Tough week? Feeling frazzled? Time to punch it out. Our friendly, non-contact, non-profit adult boxing classes will help you sweat and reset.

No experience required, but if you have boxing skills and want to level up, we’re here for you too!

Learn the essential elements of boxing, from throwing the perfect jab, to footwork. You’ll do padwork in pairs to put these skills into practice, followed by strength and conditioning work. We’ll then guide you through mindful movement and breathing activities.
