Forget Highgate Cemetery, Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park is the place to be this All Hallows Eve.
Since its opening in 1841, over 350,000 people have been buried in Tower Hamlet’s hidden wilderness of the East End. But what stories lie beyond the graves?
On the evenings of 30 and 31 October, join historians Sheldon K. Goodman and Sacha Coward of the Cemetery Club as they tell the tales of everyday cockney folk in the the most densely packed cemetery in London.
Tours will start at the War Memorial, by the Soanes Centre. Please wear suitable footwear and wrap up warm.
