Oval Night Market in Bethnal Green

The Oval Night Market returns to Bethnal Green on Friday 2 and Saturday 3 October. With roads around The Oval set to close to traffic, the area will pedestrianised for market-goers. Stalls will range from independent arts and crafts to tasty foodie favourites.

The ‘makers and artist’ area will include Katherine Shapiro’s screen art prints, independent streetwear from ‘One & Other’ and Boem’s handmade jewellery.

Food stalls include Anna Mae’s ‘Mac n Cheese’, Makatcha’s Indonesian rendang and Hermanos Tacos. Those with a sweet tooth can enjoy hot donuts from ‘Treats Club’ or vegan baked goodies from ‘Eat by Amy’.

The Oval Space venue will once again be providing the beers and cocktails from two pop-up bars. Wooft Records will provide disco and house background tunes.

Entry is free and a range of measures will be in place to ensure people can attend safely in a socially spacious style.
