This Tower Hamlets family meet-up is organised by a team of mums with a wide range of pregnancy, birth and early parenthood knowledge, skills and expertise. They can support you antenatally and postnatally in areas including: positive birth, birth place options, hypnobirthing, home birth, birth rights, placenta encapsulation, breastfeeding, and babywearing – to name but a few – and they have a strong network of perinatal and early years experts on hand to help support you on your parenthood journey!
