Breathing Space is offering an online stress-buster course in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction for those affected by the Covid-19 crisis.
MBSR is intensive, so the spaces on this course are limited as participants will be required to interact.
The course starts June 15th and runs twice weekly for 4 weeks. Each session will last 90 minutes. There will be daily text messages, home practices, downloadable guided meditations and a 1:1 phone call with a member of the Breathing Space team.
Priyavajra will run the course. He is one of Breathing Space London’s Senior Instructors, who all have over a decade’s worth of experience in mindfulness, meditation and course leadership.
Participants will receive a link to join Priyavajra via Zoom every week. He’ll teach the fundamentals of mindfulness based stress reduction practice, lead a guided meditation and answer questions over the Zoom platform. Participants will receive guided meditations and exercises to help them stay well between the twice-weekly sessions.
