Vinyasa flow is a creative style of yoga which aims to bring balance to both body and mind. Sarah specialises in vinyasa, flow yoga, partner and pregnancy yoga. She has over 15 years of experience working as a bodywork therapist, counsellor and mindfulness teacher.
