Event description
West End performances but East End prices… Wilton’s Music Hall has delighted generations with its theatre, dance, and songs.
But how did it come to be the venue we know today, and one which delivers a programme of extraordinary theatre and music all year round? Hear how a Victorian sailors’ pub went from music hall to Methodist Mission, to the Wilton’s today, from a Wilton’s researcher and historian.
Tours are delivered on:
Saturday 17 September at 4pm
Saturday 15 October at 4pm
Saturday 22 October at 4pm
Saturday 5 November at 5pm
Saturday 12 November at 5pm
The tours have been devised by a Wilton’s researcher and historian and last approximately one hour. Providing a glimpse into the life of the last surviving building of its kind, these tours are perfect for students, researchers, and everyone who would like to learn more about this historic venue.
