Event description
Celebrate Veganuary and join yoga practitioner Heidi for a cosy Sunday morning yoga and sound class, followed by a vegan breakfast in the St Margaret’s House Gallery Café!
We will move mindfully through a gentle vinyasa flow before ending with a 15-minute heavenly sound bath Shavasana. Price includes both the yoga session and vegan breakfast afterwards.
Gentle yoga practice combined with sound healing can help to balance energy, release emotion, regulate the nervous system, and aid mental and physical healing. For our sound bath shavasana all you have to do is relax and allow the magical healing sounds and frequencies to bring you to a true state of bliss.
About Heidi:
Heidi is a 500hr yoga alliance certified yoga teacher and qualified Sound Healer based in East London. Offering classes in yin, vinyasa yoga, and meditation, as well as 1:2:1 and group sound baths, women’s circles and other mindful offerings.
Heidi aims to create compassionate and conscious offerings where people can come together and share in the joy of moving and connecting with their bodies, souls, breath and with each other. And hopefully, find a moment or two of stillness amongst the rush of busy London life.
Heidi’s classes are warm and inclusive with a big focus on connection and building community. Heidi believes yoga is for everyone and very much invites people of all levels and abilities to come and join her classes.
