For Thrive LDN #GreatMentalHealth Day throughout February Trapped in Zone One is hosting an exhibition at GreatArt celebrating #CommunityKindness displaying works from our creative friends and the community. The exhibition showcases works from the winter landscape workshops hosted by Husna Parvin which brought people together across London at GreatArt.

Creativity is a wonderful way in bringing people together, sharing support and kindness towards one another. Great mental health day is here to raise awareness to help get us talking about mental health and wellbeing and to help break the stigma that so often exists around the subject.
