Cafe East, one of Roman Road’s most popular cafés, is seeking to be granted planning permission for a rear extension of the ground floor.
The aim of the proposal is to increase the kitchen and storage areas of the existing restaurant and to reposition the WC to the rear wall.
The overall approach is to provide sufficient fixtures and appliances to support the growth of the business.
