This January and February, Flat Earth Pizzas has teamed up with zero-waste superstars DabbaDrop.
Flat Earth have topped their heritage grain dough with Dabbadrop’s famous black dal – slowly simmered black lentils spiced with bay, cardamom and cinnamon. We’ve then added turmeric roasted cauliflower spiced with ground cumin, coriander and chili, plus homemade beetroot raita and Julienne Bruno’s creamy, plant-based cheese. Finished with crisp pickled red onions and DabbaDrop’s crumbled poppadoms.
£1 from every pizza sold will go to East London Cares, a charity who promotes connection and community spanning generations, backgrounds and experiences, in the local area.
