So here’s the breakdown:

– A group walk from Hackney Marshes all the way to us at Flat Earth Pizzas
– Snacks and tasters along the way
– Flavour Fred cocktails
– Pizza of your choice
These sessions are an introduction to foraging for flavour in order to teach on the rules and regulations, identification techniques, and the risks associated with wild food and drink. Throughout the walk, Flavour Fred will identify seasonal ingredients and compare and contrast with their dangerous counterparts.
Flavour Fred will be regularly visiting certain techniques of preservation and ways in which to create tasty wild ingredients to use at home along with a few tasters.
This ticketed event will start at 10:00am meeting near the Waterworks Centre, E10 7QB arriving at Flat Earth Pizzas for 12:15pm concluding by 1:30pm. Further meeting point location provided on confirmation email that follows.
