Get £20k funding and expert business support to make a difference in east London. Investec Beyond Business is on the search for local entrepreneurs with the potential to make real, lasting and incredible changes in our community.
Social enterprises are businesses with a primary purpose of addressing community or environmental challenges. The Investec Beyond Business programme has now launched over 50 social businesses that are creating jobs and opportunities all over east London. Businesses like Fat Macy’s, Well Grounded (pictured) and Supply Change.

The year-long programme will help you go from idea to fully formed business, with successful applicants receiving:
– Start-up funding up to £20k
– Strategic and business planning guidance
– Practical business support including training and mentoring
How to apply
You may have recently set up your business or have a great idea for one, provided it has a clear social purpose we want to hear from you.

You must be based in Newham, Hackney or Tower Hamlets and your business should be less than a year old.
